AIOZ Nodes Rewards Announcement

AIOZ Network’s decentralized Content Delivery Network (dCDN)

According to our most recent on-chain data, the AIOZ Network currently has over 36,000 nodes worldwide, with around 14,000 nodes in Europe, 11,679 nodes in Asia, and 7,500 nodes in South America. From March 1, 2021, to December 25, 2021, AIOZ Network’s decentralized content delivery network (dCDN) delivered a total of 270,000 videos equivalent to 841 TB and a collective storage capacity of more than 110 TB, over 18 million segments. This data demonstrates the AIOZ Network ecosystem’s rapid and steady growth.

AIOZ Network Testnet Nodes Rewards for Early Contributors

Generally, the AIOZ Network has grown immensely in size as the number of Tesnet AIOZ Network Nodes’ contributors continues to multiply, which has aided significantly in benchmarking and testing essential features for AIOZ Network dCDN.

Today, we are delighted to announce the conversion ratio for AIOZ Network Nodes’ TestNet Tokens to express our gratitude for AIOZ Network early contributors.

The conversion ratio for details is 1:1, implying that one Testnet Token rewarded in Testnet AIOZ Network Node corresponds to one $AIOZ on the AIOZ Network Mainnet.

On February 14, 2022, the AIOZ Network Mainnet’s $AIOZ Rewards Claim Portal will be available on the upgraded version of AIOZ Network Node v1, integrated into the AIOZ Network Mainnet v1.

All qualified nodes that operate in the past and present will be rewarded at a 1:1 ratio.

We look forward to the ongoing contributions of AIOZ Network Nodes in developing even more unique features in the future.

AIOZ Network dCDN Progress Development

Following a series of upgrades, we have introduced several significant protocol enhancements to boost performance to the AIOZ Network dCDN, including

  • WebRTC Streaming Enabled
  • File Storage Distribution Optimization
  • Smart AI Caching Mechanism

In order to inspire existing nodes to be consistently active and grow the number of new nodes on AIOZ Network’s dCDN, AIOZ Network will conduct a Staking Program for Super Nodes in the upcoming period.

The more Nodes, the more robustly AIOZ Network’s dCDN develops, covering a broader spectrum of geolocations, jointly harnessing endless bandwidth from all nodes across the globe and optimizing streaming quality.

Notably, future upgrades will enhance storage and distribution capabilities for a range of various sorts of content (multi-codec adaptive bitrate streaming in multiple file-formats), including image, audio, and video, as well as support for static content hosting via the AIOZ Network’s dCDN. Also, our dCDN will soon provide the option to store and transfer files (File Storage & File Transfer).

Furthermore, AIOZ Network will upgrade dCDN capabilities in the coming periods. Utilizing nodes’ CPUs & GPUs to perform heavier computational tasks, such as Transcoding for Live Streaming, Rendering in Graphics & VR, Decentralized A.I., and Traffic Relayer bandwidth Sharing as Virtual Private Network (VPN).

With the advent of the Metaverse, these are the computes that will become extremely crucial in the evolution of the World Wide Web.

In the future, AIOZ Network’s dCDN will support hardware compatibility with Raspberry PI and software compatibility with CLI and Cloud Images in collaboration with Cloud Providers.

Finally, as more decentralized applications (dApps) are deployed on the AIOZ Network’s platform, such as AIOZ Tube v2 and AIOZ Space Storage, the AIOZ Network will continue to be adopted more and more and will achieve a human-powered web3 internet.
